A |     　　讯 据市场监管总局消息，近日，市场监管总局组织修订形成《可可及焙炒咖啡产品生产许可审查细则（征求意见稿）》，8月18日开始向社会公开征求意见。

B |     (ECNS) -- More than 60 countries, regions and international organizations have confirmed that they will host exhibitions or events at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), while nearly 300 Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders are expected to attend, Zhao Qizhou, director of the Beijing International Trade in Services Affairs Center, said on Wednesday.    Speaking at a media briefing in Beijing, Zhao said this year's CIFTIS will focus on enhancing "China Services" by showcasing service sector policies, successful case studies and innovative solutions.        For the first time, the fair will feature an overseas expansion services promotion area, where companies and professional institutions from sectors such as finance, legal services, accounting, intellectual property, advertising, and human resources will work to help Chinese businesses expand abroad.    The 2026 CIFTIS will be held in Beijing from Sept. 9 to 13. Construction of the main structure of the fair's permanent venue at Shougang Park has been completed, with final inspection and acceptance expected by Aug. 15.    (By Gong Weiwei)                                。

C | 　　《可可及焙炒咖啡产品生产许可审查细则（征求意见稿）》主要修订了4个方面内容。

D | 　　一是合并修改名称。

E | 根据《食品生产许可管理办法》，将《可可制品生产许可证审查细则》《焙炒咖啡生产许可证审查细则》中相同的部分合并简化，并合并修改为《可可及焙炒咖啡产品生产许可审查细则（征求意见稿）》。　　二是明确原料和生产要求。
