一 |     　　兰州8月25日电 (刘薛梅)今年是国家数据局确定的“数据要素价值释放年”。甘肃省政府办公厅副主任、省数据局副局长刘灿林25日表示，依托国家数据基础设施(甘肃)区域功能节点，已建成甘肃省公共数据资源登记平台和授权运营平台，形成数据资源登记的“存证-管理-公示-赋码-发证”全链路闭环，为全省公共数据资源开发利用筑牢基础底座。

二 | 　　当日，甘肃省数据局和甘肃省委宣传部新闻处围绕甘肃省公共数据资源登记管理和授权运营工作召开新闻通气会。

四 | 现已接入企业和社会数据资源目录1280条，上架数据产品1218个，形成了数据汇集、治理、开发、创新应用等一体化运营模式。　　为让数据更好赋能千行百业，甘肃着力培育建设了一批凸显甘肃特色且可复制推广的公共数据应用场景，有效牵引公共数据资源合规开发和创新应用，带动打通公共数据供给-流通-利用链条，促进数据要素全面融入经济价值创造过程。其中多个应用场景，成功入选国家公共数据“跑起来”示范场景。

五 | 　　刘灿林说，公共数据资源登记和授权运营是一项改革性工作，不能一蹴而就，要紧盯将甘肃打造成为黄河流域及西部地区数据要素创新应用和产业发展高地的目标，加快公共数据产品开发，让数据“供得出”，强化平台建设运营，让数据“流得动”，丰富数据应用场景，让数据“用得好”。
